“In MN for a conference and this Asian food cuisine lover was amped to see there was a well rated place near my hotel. We unknowingly took a cab over because we thought it might be too far for my mom to walk using her cane.  However, it was a hop and a skip away.  I got the summer rolls and veggie pho.  My mom got a combo of House lo mein, wings, crab wonton and spring rolls.  I neglected to take a pic of her food but she loved it and she had enough for two big meals.   My pho was flavorful and good.  My summer rolls came with the option of veggie, mock meat or meatS. I opted for the veggie roll and it was really fresh and filling.  The peanut dipping sauce was made just right.  I ate the noodles out of my pho and took the broth back to the hotel. There was no microwave in the room but the both taste good room temperature.  My mom even ate her leftovers room temperature, with a little help from me, and everything still taste good.  So good that I may get it again for dinner.  I read in one of the reviews that the area is a bit sketchy and I can see what prompted that comment.  The very short walk back to the hotel didn’t present as the most safe.  There was a high rise building with guys hanging on the balcony and a woman walking a pit bill which she did not seem to have a good grip on as they walked by us.  I will prob order it to be delivered via a service tonight and pay the fee ca walking there again.  The service was really prompt, correct, and friendly.  It’s a very small spot but comfie.  It was well air-conditioned so you may need a jacket or sweater if you get wasilh cold like myself.  The music being piped in the restaurant was cool and made you want to stay a bit.”

“Definitely the best place to have a Vietnamese taste. The foods are so delicious and the place, even though, a little bit small but really comfortable. Like it!”

” I’ve been going to Lotus for years, and love it. The family that runs the restaurant is lovely and always take the time to make you feel welcomed. My favorite (unconventional) dish to order is the stew pho. The perfect winter dish! “

” This place was really good.  From the outside with what’s around it, it looks kinda blah. Kinda thought it was a mediocre Chinese food place. Was happy to see that is not what it was. Great pho!!  This is a place I could eat at every week. Other reviews did not lie. Stop here and try it if you get the chance.”

” This place never disappoints! The Crispy fried chicken plate is the star here… always crispy, juicy and plenty of food. You have to get the stir-fry with potatoes and the chicken rice plate is to die for .staff is fast and sweet. The jalapeno cream cheese wonton was good too.  Definitely will be back!”

“I am waaaaay late on this place but I now see what the hype’s about!  Its a cute little restaurant with cute neon lighting- My sister and I pigged OUT! We got the spring rolls with shrimp and the crab wontons. No one is better at making crabmeat wontons than my mother but this place came close! It had the perfect amount of creaminess and the sauce was great! The spring rolls were also great. Nothing too special except for the sauce! Idk what it is but it was sooooo good! Then we got a bowl of pho with beef and a shrimp pad thai. The pho was a little different from others but it did not need any other seasoning and for the pad thai- i just wished it were a bit more spicy but hey, at least i dont have any stomach pains!  Overall this was a very satisfying meal and definitely cant wait to eat here again!”
